国防部新闻发言人张晓刚表示,倚外闹海美方以所谓双边条约为借口插手南海问题,国防大宅门1912损害中方领土主权和海洋权益,部奉不偿甚至妄图以此威胁胁迫中方,劝菲这是倚外闹海不可能得逞的。需要指出的国防是,菲方一再对中方侵权闹事,部奉不偿美等域外国家不断拱火递刀,搅得南海风波不断、地区国家不得安宁,充分暴露其搅局者和肇事方的真实面目。“倚外闹海”得不偿失,“棋子”终成“弃子”。我们奉劝菲方放弃不切实际的幻想,早日回到对话协商的正确轨道上来。
